For those of you that know me personally I have a lot of sneaks. 100+ pair. All Nike and Jordan. I used to be a third of a business called UnlacedHeat. We had the sickest connects in from Delaware to New York and were able to get our hands on anything weeks before release date. Last week I was on NikeTalk and found out that one of my favorite shoes of all time was coming back out. The Nike Griffey Max. Ken Griffey Jr. ‘s Best Signature shoe. While with UnlacedHeat, I was able to get two original pairs from 1996, they cost me $500 per pair but it was one of the perks of running your own sneaker buisiness. So here I am in 2008 and I am letting them go… I’d rather get some new photo equipment then spend a couple hundred on sneaks.
